TRANSITION::: A side of me no one knew™

As a kid growing up was good but i always stood out from my peers, I was never part of a group, even when i try to fit in the energy is always off-key, i never understood but i knew i was different. From my elementary till i was through with high school, I was among the dullest in class and always prefer the back-sit. As soon I got admitted into college, my first semester made me discover my intellectual perception and acknowledgeable facts that i never knew i had.. i.e ( when taking tutorials i answer questions without ever opening my handouts ) i mostly read only during exam's , i was a three part-time job and never failed a course till i got to my third year. All those years i was still battling with being understood and belonging not knowing the universe was busy setting me up for whom I'm really meant to become ( my true self ). At a point in life before graduation the universe aligned three (3) different individuals from same province but with different backgrounds and p...

Data integration points

Introduction  Identifying integration points helps you to pinpoint the technological requirements related to your process model, which you need to know before you can configure the appropriate components to execute the work. Be specific in naming the applications that must be integrated. A data integration point refers to the data elements that comprise a data entity, such as an account data entity, that are synchronized between Siebel CRM and Oracle FLEXCUBE Universal Banking. Integration points are  points at which documents within your process move from one system or application to another . Communication Adapters for Integration. Adapters perform activities that control the transmission of business process data between Sterling B2B Integrator and external applications. Ontology-based data integration involves the use of one or more ontologies to effectively combine data or information from multiple heterogeneous sources. It is one of the multiple data integration approache...

Technological impact on culture in third-world countries!

INTRODUCTION The experience of colonial education that has aroused the current  concerns about the use of computers in education. These concerns are heightened by a view that the west is a central location of knowledge and high culture. In the cultural  and civilization arena, computers carry a code which sees the west as entrusted by destiny with the mission of casting the rest of the world in its mold. The ideas that generated computer technology constitute a certain cosmology: an implicit way of viewing the world in general and society in particular. This paper will not go into a detailed discussion of cosmology since it is beyond its scope, but a brief overview will be useful.Five western cosmological points that are significant to the discussion on computers as a vehicle of western culture are, the tendency to see geographical space in center periphery terms with the west at the center of the tendency to see time as linked with progress, increasing in a linear and prefera...

Evolving Population

INTRODUCTION  Genetic studies have demonstrated that humans are still evolving. To investigate which genes are undergoing natural selection, researchers looked into the data produced by the International HapMap Project and the 1000 Genomes Project. In population genetics, the term evolution is defined as a change in the frequency of an allele in a population. Using the ABO blood type system as an example, the frequency of one of the alleles, IA, is the number of copies of that allele divided by all the copies of the ABO gene in the population. Populations (or gene pools ) evolve as gene frequencies change; individual organisms cannot evolve. Variation in populations is determined by the genes present in the population's gene pool, which may be directly altered by mutation.   BACKGROUND  A catalogue of human genetic variation The International HapMap and 1000 Genomes Projects both aimed to catalogue genetic variation in DNA samples taken from individual humans from ac...

Blinded truth: The hidden facts about religion

Introduction  I believe in the existence of God but religion itself doesn't sit right with me. Am an idealist who prefers fact and logic over theoritical way of reason. In my own formalities /perspective, religion is a pattern which was established to extort and exploit the shallow mind's of the Masses, leading to mental slavery ( sociological and psychological Enslavery ) - ( modern day slavery )The willingness of the mind to accept a pattern of practice being introduced to destabilize an existing process. This article highlights the deformity and primitive deception religion portrays. THE PSYCHOLOGY OF REASON  It baffles me the way people blindly accept formulated doctrines and teachings of the old world that was programmed in an idiological manner with solely one reason capitalism. The westerners have imprinted this model of exploration in Africa in such a strategical process even to an extent of recruiting African's in the name of doing the lord's work hiding the co...

The Biogenetic’s Configuration!

Journal Entry #1: As a biogenetic researcher, I have been tasked with investigating the intricate relationship between the human system and the impacts of climate change. This is a critically important area of study, as the effects of global warming and environmental shifts have far-reaching consequences on the delicate balance of our biology. Over the past year, my team and I have conducted extensive analysis on cellular and bodily function changes in response to fluctuating weather patterns and climate conditions. The findings have been both fascinating and alarming, shedding light on the profound ways in which the human organism is affected by the transformation of our natural world. At the cellular level, we have observed significant alterations in gene expression, protein synthesis, and metabolic pathways. For instance, rising temperatures and increased UV radiation have been linked to the upregulation of stress response genes, leading to heightened oxidative damage and inflammati...
